Programme Administrator – Fast Forward
The role: Coordinating and supporting business operations to help ensure excellent service to our members and stakeholders. This will include member engagement and support; responding to calls and emails; preparing and distributing communications and co-ordinating our communications plan; minute taking; inputting, exporting and analysing our programme data; organising training and events as well as supporting projects as they arise. The job is part-time and permanent, with the potential to increase in hours. We are open to considering flexible working models. Depending where you’re based, you can choose to work 100% from home, at our office in Surrey (when Covid restrictions allow) or a mixture of both if you prefer. You will find the work fast-paced, interesting and meaningful with lots of opportunity to learn new skills and get involved in different projects. We’ll supply all your IT and telecoms.
Weekly hours of work – Part-time, 20-25 hours pw, 5 days per week. There is the potential for increased working hours as the programme grows, but it’s not a requirement for the right candidate to be interested in additional working hours.
Salary – £25k pro-rata | Starting holiday – 30 days (including bank holidays) pro-rata/per annum.
You are: A first-class Administrator. You’ll have an excellent understanding of MS Office and the ability to quickly learn how to use other IT systems. Your keen eye for detail, great time management and ability to multi-task will make sure that you can work accurately and hit deadlines and your clear and confident communication skills mean you are comfortable dealing with people at all levels, both in writing and on the telephone.
